Dart Appraisal is a proud member of The Mortgage Collaborative (TMC), an independent mortgage cooperative with more than 200 lender members nationwide. Dart was selected as an AMC to serve TMC members from the group’s inception.
Similar to their approach with lenders, TMC states that they will not “just sign up any vendor that applies” for membership. Out of the more than 600 AMCs in existence today, Dart Appraisal is one of just three AMCs selected to provide appraisal management services to Collaborative members.
